• soil report
• energy rating report
• BAL (bushfire attack level)

Prepare and send final quote

Organise req documentation

• Copy of title
• Legal point of discharge (water)

Submit to building surveyor

Sign contracts with Mode Builders

Building permit issued

by relevant building surveyor

9

Construction begins

Usually within 2 - 4 weeks
