Every home we build is unique, so pricing depends on design, size, and finishes. We provide detailed, transparent quotes upfront so you know exactly what to expect before construction begins.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes — we provide fixed-price contracts wherever possible, so you have clarity and confidence around your budget with no unexpected surprises.
Can you help with the design, or do I need my own plans?
We can manage the entire process from concept to completion. If you don’t have plans yet, we’ll work with you and a Building designer to design a home that suits your lifestyle, land, and budget.
How long does the building process take?
Time-frames vary depending on the complexity of the build, but most custom homes take between 12-18 months. We provide a clear timeline before construction begins and keep you updated throughout.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed builders with comprehensive insurance for every project.
To maintain our high standards and attention to detail, we intentionally limit the number of projects we build at any given time.
